- Established a Safety Program encompassing a PPE Culture inclusive of hard hats, safety glasses, and a Red Wing boots initiative.
- Ongoing education and training.
- Provide training & certifications – equipment operator, confined space, welding, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 40 Hazwoper, etc.
